What does a 100% online, web-based attorney mean for you?
Quality, convenient & affordable.
Choosing an attorney that you trust and are comfortable with is a very important decision. While the idea of an online, web-based law office might be new to you, I invite you to consider it for your legal needs.
After working for several years in a traditional office setting, I decided that a web-based law practice can give my clients and me benefits that a traditional office can not.
Your time is valuable. Rather than driving to an office and sitting in a waiting room, my web-based model allows you to conduct all of your needs with me directly online, from the convenience of your home (or wherever you may be) at a time of your choosing. Through video conferencing, telephone and a dedicated client portal (see below), we conduct the entire attorney-client relationship at a time that is convenient and flexible for you.
An online practice that is completely web-based gives me the opportunity to serve clients in more places. I am licensed in Arkansas, North Carolina and Texas, and can help clients in each part of those states thanks to the internet. Moreover, because immigration law is federal in nature, I can help families and individuals with their immigration needs in any part of the United States.
From a personal standpoint, an online practice has given me greater flexibility and time with my family. Being a husband and father of 2 young children, quality time spent with my family is of utmost importance to me. Stepping away from the traditional office setting and focusing on an web-based law practice has helped me toward this goal.

How does using a web-based attorney work?
Using the internet and technology, I can communicate easily and conveniently with clients in any location. Rather than meet in an office, we simply use video conferencing (such as Facetime and Skype) and/or telephone for consultations, meetings and follow-ups. This gives clients greater flexibility and more options for consultation and appointment times as there is no need to travel to an office or certain location. Very simply, you can have your consultation in your very own home at a time right for you.
By using a secure "client portal" located via my website and hosted by MyCase, Inc., my clients and I send, receive and exchange correspondence, documents or other items electronically. Each client has a specific "portal" with his/her specific login name and password. Using a client portal eliminates sending correspondence, files and sensitive/confidential information via email that may not be secure. In fact, the client portals use bank-grade security features to ensure your confidential information remains safe.
Finally, by using the benefits of technology, I am able to keep overhead very low and pass those savings to our clients, while providing excellent service and representation. For example, by operating an online, web-based practice, I do not have to pay for an expensive downtown office building. Also, working electronically saves in other ways -- such as not having to print and mail every item exchanged between me and a client. These savings are passed on to clients in the form of very reasonable fees and hourly rates.
